Who is if for?
A personal coaching session is for you if:
Know you want more for yourself and need space and time to explore physical or mental limitations separately from a group class
You don't feel ready yet to participate in a group session
You want to improve your Yoga poses to gain a deeper understanding of how to work better using props if needed to suit you
You have a specific injury and need to understand your physical needs better
You wish to learn to meditate with our using a guided source
These sessions are to help change your mindset to develop strategies for coping and noticing your inner negative thoughts releasing energetic and mental blockages.
Why should I get involved?
Life is for enjoying so why to let physical or mental pain stop you. If you can move your body well you experience life more fully. If you can learn to stand back and observe your emotions instead of filling them you can act from a more grounded place of clarity.
Well-being is the experience of health, happiness, and prosperity. It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction, a sense of meaning or purpose, and the ability to manage stress.
Increasing your well-being is simple; there are tons of skills you can build, however increasing your well-being is not always easy: done alone, figuring out what parts of well-being are most important for you and figuring out how, exactly, to build well-being skills usually require some extra help so this is why you should book.

A single 1:1 body alignment session
This is a great way to get all the information and understanding of the power of Iyengar yoga so you can get on your your journey with Grounding Yoga and connected breathing. As a certified teacher I will make sure you are practicing safely and give you all the support you need. In this session you will:
Be able to ask question specifically around your personal circumstances
Understand the why the Iyengar methods is different and the science behind how it has impact on your internal body
Understand how the method can benefit your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing
Learn techniques to enhance your own personal practise and know what you need to be doing for your body
Learn how to use create balance, stability and freedom as a whole approach
3x 1:1 body alignment sessions
This pack is to dive deeper into your individual needs whether that’s physical, mental or emotional. After a Chat to see what you want to achieve we will work in a way that is easy to understand and get you experiencing how yoga’s mind-body connection is so healing and strengthening when used at a personal level.
If you suffer from stress or anxiety we can work on this and poses to assist you. If you are recovering from injury we will show you how to work with props to build you back to health.

6 week 1:1 alignment programme
A 6 week 1-1 coaching programme, Becoming Aligned, is transformative.
Starting by designing your own bespoke road map, we will outline the root of your reason for change then with a clear plan to get you there. I will educate you, guide you, coach you with a number of modalities to be able use what you learn over the next 6 weeks to implement and continue with these changes in your everyday life. I will teach you simple Pranayama techniques, mindset reconditioning and Power of Iyengar yoga method, along with a number of supporting practical habits that all work together in harmony.
You will see the benefits from the first session together, then we grow strength, stability and freedom to live a life of purpose and connection. With the Becoming Aligned program I focus on showing you how to recondition your thinking and ways of being grounding you in your body, unlocking what’s been that’s holding you back or causing your pain. I educate you on your body’s messages and how to tune in to it’s whispers so you can balance and create your own bliss within. It’s a huge reset and kick start to your own Spiritual journey unlocking your true self.

A Root Cause Healing Session
This is a 1-1 session where I invite you to really feel what your body is telling you, then listen closely to the whispers of wisdom it holds. I will translate what the body is trying to tell you so you can start to do the work necessary from your heart to give space to it and begin the deep healing required. I introduce some inner child work and other methods to help you process safely in a grounded way.
Sessions is 90 min but may need to go to 2 hours.
A half day Soul Connection session
This is a profoundly healing 1-1 coaching session where we explore you and what your body tells you through its energy and how discomfort manifests as pain, physical or mental illness. We use Cacao to help relax and open your heart and welcome you into this work, essential oils to help release via the senses, bodywork to help you let go and correct structural issues to heal the energy and clear tension, breath work to shift energy after body realignment and Reiki infused Sound healing brings you inward and raise your vibration before you leave feeling recharged, rebooted, re wire and grounded.
Root cause work is a beautiful self-enquiry connecting you to your body so deeply you will be amazed at what comes up.
