When doing courses with me online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your Doctor first and discuss with Janine
If you are pregnant and have not done yoga with me before now is not the time to start. Although I a, pre and postnatally trained an online option is not preferred.
The practice of yoga asanas requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. I advise having minimal equipment to help you such as yoga mat, belt, blanket’s, and block if possible.
Consult your Doctor before beginning any new exercise program. In following this course/workshop, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result.
You are responsible to make sure that you can see and hear the class properly on your device and also that you position the device in such a way that you are visible to the teacher.
You agree that you are fit to practice Yoga. You are not pregnant or suffering from a medical condition which prevents you from participating in the class. If you have any past or present injuries and/or medical conditions you have taken appropriate medical advice and have a clearance from a medical professional to do a Yoga class.
In order for me to help you the right way its important you contact me to discuss any injuries. or issues such as joint pain, pelvic Health issues, treatment you are receiving or recovering from before the session.
All class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by us.
