Online Agreement

When doing courses with me online, please make sure you have booked the correct level of class for your ability.  If you are unsure, please contact Janine directly.

If you suffer from specific injuries or diseases, it is best to consult with your physician first and then discuss them with Janine.

If you are pregnant and have not done yoga with me before, an online option is not advisable.
The practice of yoga asanas requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. I advise having minimal equipment to help you; such as a yoga mat, belt, blanket, and block if possible.

I am providing these courses for use by my existing yoga students. Consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise program. In following this course/workshop, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages (known or unknown), which you might incur as a result.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you can see and hear the class properly on your device and also that you position the device in such a way that you are visible to the teacher.

All class fees are non-refundable, unless the class is cancelled by us.

Your online attendance accepts you have agreed to the above.

Refund/Cancellation policy

When you purchase a course, personal coaching or a wellbeing day/weekend/package, you are entering into an agreement to attend the course in its entirety.
If you cannot attend a session, your place is reserved and cannot be sold on – you will lose that session.

However if it is possible, arrangements can be made to attend a different day, if places are available in that class.

By purchasing a membership, you entered into a 6 month minimum agreement – after this 1 month’s notice is required should you wish to change or cancel.

Under exceptional circumstances and upon proof of a doctors note, we may put your course on hold.  However, this must be discussed and agreed with Janine.

All fees, products and services purchased are non-refundable. If a payment plan has been agreed, you will be held accountable in completing the agreed payments at the agreed times.

Your information

When joining a course, personal coaching, retreat or viewing our website, we may ask for specific and sometimes sensitive information. Your personal information is an important part of our service. For instance, it lets us provide our services to you, including informing you of any special offers we may be running.

The fact that the law changed only builds on what we already do  – and that is to give your personal information the respect and security it deserves. We will also make it easier for you to control your preferences on how you would like to be contacted.
