Retreat days and weekends

Time to relax on our boutique well-being retreat weekends or take time out on our Retreat days.

Give yourself permission to take time out and find yourself again. To rest and recuperate, take a break from overwhelming or burnout to help you find clarity to make an informed life decision.

Pulling back or withdrawing from your regular routine,  coming out of your environment into space, allows you to pause for a moment. , To reverse direction, and recede back just for a while to gain clarity and then move forward in the right direction from a more balanced place within yourself. 

Set in a peaceful quiet place to give you privacy to grow in your own way and time. 

Delicious nutrition food , as plenty of yoga, Sound therapy nature connections outside.

Agreement guidelines 

Its important to keep everyone safe and well so we do ask that you do not attend the in person event if you have been in Contact with anyone showing symptoms of COVID or you have been ill yourself.

Cancellations are to be requested in writing to [email protected] from the email address used by the payer and the original booking.

Cancellation at anytime will incur a £75 cancellation charge. If cancelling more than 8 weeks before the event you will be given a full refund of all money paid to date.  If cancelling within 6 weeks of the event, no refund is given

We do advice you take out your own holiday insurance to cover if you cannot attend. 

Dietary requirements will be asked nearer the time but we will be catering  vegan and vegetarian menu. 

Your safety is important to us and to the other participants.

    The Haybergill yoga retreats are the highlight of the my yoga year! A wonderful setting, fantastic company, and a great balance of yoga classes, meditation and well being sessions. After having a weekend filled with self care, laughter and of course amazing food, I feel re-energised and more able to face life’s challenges.

    Over the years I have felt a change within me but not really understood what or why so I decided to try and make some sense of it. Having attended Janine’s yoga classes I knew that she practised Reiki so booked some sessions with her. I was sceptical at first, not really understanding how reiki could help me, however,Janine explained and completely put me at ease. After the first session I felt enlightened, relaxed and had a greater understanding of myself. Having undertaken 3 more sessions I am lighter, happier in my own skin and ready to face the world. I cannot thank Janine enough for knowledge, expertise and guidance, she has been truly amazing

    I just have been in my first yoga retreat and it was amazing weekend With healing within by Janine at St Marks Stay .
    Wow I feel relaxed calm and focused .we also had the gong experience that I felt deep within by Alex Yates it was fantastic !
    The location was stunning idilic and great rooms in the house and I loved the food all quality vegetarian .
    I’ll book again soon!
