Fairview In-Person Agreement

When doing courses with me in person, there are a few things you need to consider to be respectful to other participants.

Please read the following disclaimer.

We are all responsible for the safety of each other, so please do not come to the class if you feel unwell, have a temperature, have a sore throat or persistent cough, unusual fatigue and/or a non-allergy runny nose

It is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you are not sure, please contact me directly. If you suffer from specific injuries or diseases, it is best to consult with your physician first.

If you are pregnant and have not done yoga with me before, now is not the time to start. If you are pregnant, please book a call with Janine prior to starting.

The practice of yoga asanas requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. I advise having minimal equipment to help you; such as a yoga mat, belt, blanket, and block if possible.  Equipment cannot be lent out,  you will need to provide your own. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can see and hear the teacher properly, without moving around the allocated area you are given to practice in.

I am providing these courses for new and existing yoga students. Consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise program. In following this activity, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages (known or unknown), that you might incur as a result.

All class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by us.

Your attendance accepts you have agreed to the above.
