Before submitting a complaint, please review our Data Protection Complaints Procedure, which explains how complaints are handled and what you can expect during the process.

Once your complaint has been submitted:

• We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days.

• We may contact you if we require additional information.

• We will investigate the matter and provide a response as soon as reasonably possible.

• If you remain dissatisfied after our response, you may raise your concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
