FAQs
Yes.
The Growth Collective is a rolling monthly subscription with a minimum 12-month commitment.
You pay monthly for ease and accessibility, while committing to the process over a year to allow real, embodied change to take place.
After your initial 12 months, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis.
At that point, either of us can end the membership with two months’ written notice.
I understand that life can be unpredictable and I hold this with compassion.
However, memberships cannot be paused or suspended, as your place in the Collective, pricing, and planning are based on consistent participation on and off the mat rather than attendance.
You are always welcome to engage gently or step back temporarily if needed, but payments and membership continue during that time.
If you’re unable to attend a class and it cannot be rescheduled, that session is forfeited.
This ensures clarity and fairness for everyone, and supports the sustainability of the Collective.
I take planned breaks throughout the year.
During these times: • Live classes may pause, and/or • Alternative content or practices may be offered
All breaks are communicated clearly in advance and are part of the natural rhythm of the membership year.
The full terms and conditions are available on the website and are shared before joining.
Key points to be aware of: • Rolling monthly subscription • Minimum 12-month commitment • Automatic monthly payments • Two months’ written notice required after the initial 12 months • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
That’s a healthy question to ask.
The Growth Collective is best suited to people who: • value consistency over drop-in flexibility • are ready to prioritise themselves over time • want steady, nervous-system-friendly change rather than quick fixes
